My Golf Group is an Irish company founded by directors Andy Kenny and Garrett Donnery. Andy and Garrett are two of Ireland’s leading golf management consultants. Through their own practical experience in managing and operating numerous golf facilities, the pair identified a need in the Irish market for an all-in-one golf marketing agency.

My Golf Group was launched in 2008. Our specialist team use a combination of experience, innovative products and new technologies to deliver significant, measurable and commercial results to all our partners.

A co-founder of My Golf Group, Synergy Golf professional management and advisory company and a member of Grange Castle Golf Club, Garrett’s extensive career managing the workings of top courses has lead him and his business partner Andy Kenny to become two of the most sought after golf management consultants in the country.

As an expert consultant in golf course maintenance and management, Andy has been busy forging a career advising some of Ireland’s top courses and resorts from across the country. As co-founder of My Golf Group, Synergy Golf professional management and advisory company, Target Golf and a founding member of Grange Castle Golf Club, Andy’s extensive career and wealth of knowledge in managing, marketing and operating of golf clubs has led him and his business partner Garrett Donnery to become two of the most sought after golf management consultants in the country.

Eoin Francis

Group Commercial Director

During his time at My Golf Group, Eoin has been responsible for driving over €10m worth of society and corporate business directly to our partners. As Group Commercial Director for all My Golf Group’s platforms, Eoin’s responsible for all marketing operations, driving new customer engagement, development of the group’s portfolio of products and platforms and to devise and deliver successful revenue streams for our loyal partner base. Eoin also consultants, through the group’s parent companies, on operations of several golfing facilities around the country.

Brendan Mackey

As a trusted client adviser, Brendan works closely with our partners to maximise long-term revenue opportunities. Having spent a number of years in-house at one of Ireland’s top golf resorts, Brendan has experienced the challenges faced by golf clubs in a fiercely competitive environment. From travelling the country meeting and greeting new and perspective partners, Brendan’s on the ground experience is essential to us understanding our client’s specific needs and how the My Golf Group platform of products can assist with driving their business.

Jonathan McGrath

Sales & Marketing Executive

A graduate with a passion for golf and marketing, Jonathan assists senior members of the My Golf Group team with implementation of sales and marketing strategies for our trusted partners through our platforms. From compiling news stories, marketing trends and golf statistics, managing social media content and engaging with our 50K+ database of golfers to assisting Sean with partner bookings and enquiries and ensuring our society and corporate golf days are expertly organised from start to finish, Jonathan is a valued member of the My Golf Group team.

Sean Brennan

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Sean is responsible for implementing all marketing and operational strategies for My Golf Group. Supporting the Group Commercial Director, Sean assists with the development and implementation of the group’s portfolio of products, works closely with the designers to execute impactful marketing campaigns and heads up all booking agent operations for My Golf Society. Sean also works with our partners to devise society and corporate event strategies, their on-site visual merchandising and brand presence and all partner bookings and enquiries.
